Freedom...is an evanescent, intangent thing. It cannot last forever, and it is not something that one can reach out for and grasp in one's hands...So what are we to think, except that freedom truly is a privilege? And privileges...can be given just as easily as they can be taken away

sunshine! blue sky! green grass!

with the advent of summer, comes the parting of ways.
4 years of undergrad has finally ended, and we shall all embark on our own individual paths again.

but, nevertheless, I'm sure we'll meet again somewhere, somehow, sometime in the near future :)

a walk to remember

till this day this is still one of my favourite photos that I'd taken.
two people were walking in front of me.
their shadows following dutifully behind them.
with the Sun playing up the story behind them.

I don't know who they are, yet I've to thank them for the wonderful opportunity they had presented me with.

I also remember, it was a beautiful and gorgeous afternoon.

It was indeed a walk to remember.

sometimes, the city overwhelm me. it makes me feel that all we do is rush past each other without a second look. so i seek places where it gives me a chance to slow down and take in the things around me, and to enjoy the company of the one beside me. 13th May 2008.

This could very well be the best photo of Toronto I had ever taken.
The weather was gorgeous. The lightings were perfect. The vantage point was a chance not to be missed.
